Stucco Dormer Cleaning in Kathleen, GA
This Project began with a very nice hospital worker living in Kathleen, GA asking about how to clean her brick house and stucco dormers. I met her at the beautiful property and she explained to me that she had been leaning out of the windows with a pole and scrub brush to clean the portions of her house that she wasn't able to reach from the ground! This concerned me and I am very glad she called me for her safety.
I knew I could do an excellent job for her so after speaking with her and looking around for a few minutes I end up winning the job. Stucco is notoriously hard to clean due to its very porous surface. However, that is no match for Greenhill Exterior Cleaning because we invest in the equipment and knowledge to clean any surface including stucco!
Now the cleaning began! I pulled out my sprinkler to make sure that all of her beautiful landscaping was not harmed during the cleaning. Next, I used my soft-wash system to apply a solution to kill all the mildew, algae, and bacteria causing the discoloration on the stucco dormers. After an adequate amount of dwell time I fired up my pressure washer to perform a high volume rinse of the entire area around the dormers. (In the pressure washing industry we use a special valve to allow us to use our high volume pressure washers with low pressure to get that great rinse.)
The dormers and brick looked incredible once I had finished! This was a very satisfying job!
